I think that I am the only person that can go on the 15-day Magic Flu Diet^[TM] and end up gaining ten additional el beez. WTF? At any rate, I'm starting back up my community fitness blog! Incidentally, while I was moping over said ten pounds, I also remembered that Self Magazine has a yearly fitness challenge. I was so bummed when I thought I missed out, but it starts in March. :) Here's the Info on the Self Challenge - I'll be doing it (I also did the Challenge in 1999 - 2002). Care to join me?
